Balanced 2027 Kickoff
In this life salon you will be guided to harmoniously integrate year 2026 and consciously set goals for year 2027, as well as have fun and recharge to have a balanced start to a new year. Optional: stick around for some skiing in the Austrian Alps.
Retreat Format
Rejuvenating Environment - 1,000m up in the Austrian Alps, on the bank of a mountain river, in a cozy historic gem from 1887 you will share deep conversations, meditations, sessions, and healthy meals with a small intimate group of like-minded people looking to recharge and grow.
Intentional Conversations - tasty lunches and dinners with engaging thematic conversations to tap the wisdom of the group.
Meditation Activation - introducuction to a transformative meditation practice that will be practiced throughout the retreat, also a powerful tool that you can take back with you and integrate into your day-to-day life.
Specialized Meditations - in addition to daily meditation practice, you will experience guided meditations that will help you restore, rebalance, and align.
Aligning Sessions - guided workshops to integrate experiences of 2026 and create an aligned foundation and goals for 2027
Additional Modalities - introduction to a self-serve tools to help you improve and manage your mental and emotional state.
Skiing the Austria Alps (Optional) - stick around to ski and continue recharging before kicking off exciting 2027. If enough people opt-in, we will extend the lodging for 2-3 nights; otherwise, we will be transferring to another lodging option nearby.
